The Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate and organized Prestige & Hermès Trainer to join our Prestige & Premium division. The ideal candidate will support the Education Manager and will be responsible for delivering and coordinating training programs.
This role will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial and Sell-Through teams to ensure all training contents to be aligned, localized, and effectively delivered both online and offline.

What you'll get to do

The Prestige & Hermès Trainer will support the Team within the following activities:
•    Deliver and coordinate training programs (online and offline) for Prestige and Premium brands across the portfolio;
•    Organize and lead training sessions for Beauty Consultants (BCs), ensuring brand consistency and retail excellence;
•    Create engaging training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules and workshops;
•    Work closely with the Sell-Through team to align and deliver training to Beauty Advisors on field, in classrooms and digitally;
•    Coordinate external training agencies;
•    Manage training schedules and logistics;
•    Manage induction programs for new joiners, ensuring smooth integration and full brand immersion;
•    Collaborate with the Marketing team to support new launches by preparing and delivering sell-in materials and training contents;
•    Liaise with HQ for the adaptation and implementation of the B/E App (Brand Education App), ensuring it reflects local market needs;
•    Manage training suppliers, monitor training budgets, and handle purchase order (PO) issuance.

Ideally, the person we are looking for this position should possess:
-    2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Beauty and Luxury industry;
-    Master’s Degree or equivalent in Economics, Communication or Visual Arts field;
-    Fluency in English is a must, Spanish and French are a plus;
-    Flexibility, proactivity and problem solving skills;
-    Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
-    Attention to detail is a must;
-    Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel);
-    Knowledge and passion for the digital world and new digital trends (gamification, e-learnig etc).
