The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Prestige & Hermès In Store Specialist to join our Retail team. This role is key to supporting the strategic and operational excellence of our love brands within the fragrance and beauty categories. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with the Marketing & Commercial team to ensure seamless project execution, consistent store support, and high-level retail standards.

What you'll get to do


The Prestige & Hermès In Store specialist will support the Team within the following activities:
•    Manage and maintain store master data and the OMD system; oversee the opening and management of new POS and concessions in coordination with the Commercial team;
•    Coordinate retail projects for Hermès, Prestige, and Make-Up brands, support to Opex management, liaising directly with HQ for approvals and execution;
•    Implementation of Planograms and VM permanent / semi-permanent for each Prestige & Premium brand in accordance with HQ & Marketing team guidelines;
•    Support project management activities for store openings and activations;
•    Lead management and analysis of the Prestige and Premium brand portfolio;
•    Support commercial team on Rex tracking and reporting;
•    Implement and promote Retail Excellence guidelines, ensuring full compliance across all retail environments in accordance with in store        manager and marketing/brand team;
•    Manage external suppliers ensuring high-quality installations in line with brand standards and timing;
•    Process Purchase Orders (PO) and handle CPS and material uploads in relevant systems;
•    Support the preparation and follow-up of store visit plans and related guidelines;
•    Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade, Marketing, and Training teams to support in-store activations.

Ideally, the person we are looking for this position should possess:
-    2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Beauty and Luxury industry;
-    Master’s Degree or equivalent in Economics field;
-    Fluency in English is a must, Spanish and French are a plus;
-    Excellent analytical skills;
-    Flexibility, proactivity and problem solving skills;
-    Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
-    Attention to detail is a must;
-    Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
