PR & Advocacy Intern

Opportunity:

We are looking for a motivated and curious PR & Advocacy Intern to join our Media & Communications team. This internship offers the chance to gain hands-on experience in the beauty industry, supporting influencer campaigns, PR initiatives, and advocacy projects. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Team, contribute to key campaigns, and develop skills in influencer marketing and media relations in a dynamic and international environment

What you'll get to do

Key Responsibilities:

Support the PR & Advocacy team in mapping, researching, and analyzing influencers and nano creators;
Assist in managing collaborations with influencers and agencies, including communications and basic contract administration;
Contribute to content creation for PR campaigns and social media;
Monitor influencer and advocacy activities, collecting data and preparing reports;
Support the drafting of press releases, briefing documents, and internal communications;
Participate in the planning and execution of local events and engagement initiatives.

Competences:

Ideally, the person we are looking for this position should possess:

Degree in Communication, Marketing, PR, or related fields;
Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus;
Interest in the beauty & fashion industry, PR, influencer marketing, and advocacy;
Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel;
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities;
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
