We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Key Account Manager to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts, implementing strategic plans, and driving business growth while working closely with cross-functional teams. What you'll get to do
• National and Regional Account Management
Support the Commercial Manager especially in managing Regional accounts, serving as the primary contact for day-to-day local account activities, including client presentations and order follow-up. Ensure alignment with headquarters on international accounts.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute tailored brand activations and lead the rollout of new product launches and trade marketing initiatives.
• Negotiations
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers to optimize all business dimensions (sell-in, sell-out, investments, Retail Excellence). Lead negotiations at the Key Account level in cooperation with the Commercial Manager.
• Sales and Profit Targets
Achieve and surpass sales, profit, and qualitative objectives at both brand and key account levels.
• P&L Management and Reporting
Own full sell-in and P&L responsibilities for retailers, coordinating with Trade Marketing, Retail, and Field Teams.
Propose and monitor budgets for Key Accounts and manage comprehensive reporting on sales and KPIs.
• Strategic Account Development
Identify growth opportunities and design account plans aligned with the company’s 3-year strategic vision.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service, Retail, In-store, and Field Teams to deliver outstanding account support and execution.
• Forecasting
Provide accurate sales forecasts for core products, new launches, and promotions.
• Retail Excellence Implementation
Oversee the deployment and monitoring of Retail Excellence programs with key accounts.
• Administrative Excellence
Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks such as price lists, assortments, and delivery of materials and documentation.

Ideally, the person we are looking for this position should possess:
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Beauty and Luxury industry;
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in Economics field;
- Fluency in English is a must, Spanish and French are a plus;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Flexibility, proactivity and problem solving skills;
- Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities;
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Attention to detail is a must;
- Proficiency in MS Office.
