The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Junior Key Account to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will support the team in the day-to-day management of key accounts, assisting with the implementation of strategic plans and contributing to business development activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives. What you'll get to do
• Support in Account Management
Assist the Commercial Manager and Senior Key Account Managers in managing National accounts. Support daily activities such as client presentations and order follow-up at a local level.
Help ensure alignment with company guidelines for international accounts.
• Customer Relations and Negotiation Support
Build positive relationships with customers and assist in managing sales activities to support business growth. Participate in negotiations and learn how to manage key accounts effectively.
• Sales Targets Support
Support the team in achieving sales, profit, and qualitative targets for assigned accounts and brands.
• Reporting and Administrative Tasks
Help collect and monitor sales data (sell-in, sell-out) and assist with regular reporting.
Support the preparation of price lists, product assortments, and delivery of materials to customers.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams
Work closely with Marketing & Trade, Customer Service and Dev, Retail, and Field Teams to support account activities and marketing initiatives.
• Product Launch and Promotion Support
Assist in the planning and execution of new product launches and promotional activities alongside senior team members.
• Forecasting Assistance
Help with sales forecasting for core products, new launches, and promotions.

Ideally, the person we are looking for this position should possess:
- Around 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Beauty and Luxury industry;
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in Economics field;
- Fluency in English is a must, Spanish and French are a plus;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Flexibility, proactivity and problem solving skills;
- Good negotiation and relationship management capabilities;
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Attention to detail is a must;
- Proficiency in MS Office.
