The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Specialist to support our finance team in closing and reporting processes, financial analysis, as well as budgeting and forecasting. Reporting to the Finance Director, the ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing financial processes and ensuring accurate, timely reporting to support strategic business decisions.

What you'll get to do

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the month-end closing activities and in the preparation of monthly financial reports;
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with cross-functional teams;
• Perform variance analysis between actuals and budget/forecast, identifying key drivers and trends;
• Maintain and update internal reporting tools, financial models and templates to enhance data visibility and efficiency;
• Participate in finance-related projects and initiatives for process optimization and automation.

Ideally, the person we are looking for this position should possess:
- 1 year of experience in a similar role;
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field;
- Fluency in English is a must, Spanish and French are a plus;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Flexibility, proactivity and problem solving skills;
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Attention to detail is a must;
- Proficiency in MS Office - familiarity with SAP is a plus.
