The Opportunity

If you have a passion for visual merchandising and Store design, we have an exciting new opportunity to join our Travel Retail Design & VM team based in Miami.

We are looking for a Retail Designer for our Travel Retail Americas organization to guarantee the excellence of our brands on the point of sale by adapting Retail HQ guidelines to the Travel Retail Americas channel and implementing installations.
 

What you'll get to do

  • Manage Projects by adapting Brand Corporate designs to Travel Retail needs from initial brief to final installation
  • Develop designs that will attract customer and invite them to try our products.
  • Incorporate retail innovations to the customer journey at POS.
  • Regularly follow up projects with the HQ Brands Retail team (special requests and adaptations) and retailers.
  • Solve technical challenges (internally with the HQ team and externally with the supplier) and implementation logistics (deliveries, orders…)
  • Control assigned budget and suppliers quotations negotiation
  • Ensure high quality installations and costs optimization
  • Develop Planograms and Visual Strategy Book for each semester
  • Coordinate Maintenance of existing points of sales
  • Homologate new suppliers
  • Make sure Points of sales are updated to the latest Visual Merchandising Guidelines to showcase novelties and priorities

We'd love to meet you if you have

Required: 

  • 3 years professional experience, ideally in retail or interior design
  • Degree: Architecture, Interior Design, or Industrial Design (or equivalent)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (French or Portuguese are highly appreciated)


Competencies:

  • Multi project management skills
  • Detail and results oriented with a strong sense of accountability
  • Autonomous with a strong sense for teamwork, pro-active, organized and stress resistant
  • Very good communication skills, ability to interact easily
  • Specific Knowledge required: Microsoft office, Adobe Creative suite, AutoCAD, Sketchup (VRay is an  an asset)
