The Opportunity

In Latam Distributors, we oversee 15 countries in Latin America. The focus of our organization is to support the Distributors in these markets to achieve our annual goals.

Our GO Internship Program in Miami is a 12 month - full time internship that will allow you to have an immersive experience in the finance department of the company, where you will have a mentor who will accompany you and guide you in different challenges and projects, offering the opportunity to develop your analytical and critical thinking abilities, always oriented to positive results. You will be immersed in a competitive and challenging multicultural environment where teamwork and collaboration are key to succeed.

What you'll get to do

  • Implement audit controls for the A&P line of the P&L for our Distributors in Latam and interact with representatives of their offices in all 15 countries to obtain information to complete the audit.
  • Provide regular guidelines, templates and training sessions to the distributors representatives to guarantee the information provided during the audit is complete and correct. 
  • Assist in the data collection for the pricing process for the Business Unit.
  • Support the vendor management and accounts payable processes by creating new vendors in the system and purchase orders in SAP. You will also create relationship with Puig Headquarters, to follow up on payments matters.
  • Assist in projects to improve financial processes, such as month-end closing, budget follow up and collections (DSO TAM).

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • Ongoing education on Finance and/or Accounting Program.
  • Experience on data/numerical information analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Office. Advanced Excel and Power Point are required.
  • Autonomous and results-oriented personality.
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is a requirement.
