We are looking for a Field Supervisor to reinforce our Travel Retail Americas Field team at PUIG, a leading luxury company. As a Field Supervisor for Niche Fragrance and Beauty Brands you will play a crucial role in managing and promoting our exclusive portfolio of Niche brands, including Penhaligon's, Byredo. You are highly motivated and result-oriented team player with strong organizational and management skills
You also have proven relationship-building skills with internal & external contacts, having the ability to relate to co-workers & Brand Ambassadors.
What you'll get to do
Territory, subject to evolution: East Coast (US/Canada) + Caribbean + Central America.
Functions and Responsibilities:
- Act as a key partner to Commercial teams to drive the business:
- Translate global strategy and objectives into targeted action plans within the point of sales under your scope.
- Drive sales growth for Niche Fragrance and Beauty Brands by strategizing and implementing effective sales plans, incentives, and promotions. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with the Niche Marketing Manager to develop captivating campaigns and activations that elevate brand perception and engagement.
- Together with the Key Account Manager of the area, analyze sales, business KPIs, and competition activities monthly, to identify risks & opportunities and give feedback and recommendations accordingly.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including airport authorities, travel retailers, duty-free operators and recruitment agencies. Collaborate closely with partners to implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and in-store activations. Take initiative in negotiating the best conditions for PUIG portfolio.
- Become an expert of your market in developing your local network and feeding the headquarters with efficient business intelligence.
Cultivate Niche Expertise:
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the niche fragrance and beauty segment, including emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor landscape. Leverage this expertise to identify untapped opportunities and position our brands as leaders in the niche market.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities within the niche fragrance and beauty sector for Penhaligon's and Byredo. Utilize market insights to recommend innovative strategies for business growth.
- Participate in the elaboration on Trade Marketing plans by providing key relevant input from each door environment, requirements, key dates.
Build high performing teams:
- Recruit, train, welcome, onboard and develop the staff, either through Puig HR or an agency / retailer.
- Set the targets and monitor them, to assess performance of the staff at quantitative and qualitative level.
- Conduct monthly business reviews with Beauty Representatives (BR´s) inclusive of sales performance and KPI analysis to ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Partner with HR on all matters related to employee life cycle for Puig employees and with agencies and retailers for BR´s.
- Ensure motivated teams: identify training opportunities, incentive ideas and make proposals to Head Office for implementation
- Act as an inspirational leader to empower the teams to achieve the targets and ensure pride of belonging.
Training and Development:
- Organize product training sessions for retail staff to enhance their knowledge and understanding of the niche fragrance and beauty brands. Ensure accurate representation and storytelling at the point of sale.
Ensure Retail Excellence:
- Regular visits to the shop floors according to priorities (flagships, top doors…).
- Ensure excellent:
- Visual merchandising
- Stock levels
- Correct Visual displays
- Management of Permanent and Temporary spaces:
- Permanent: ensure proper maintenance / follow up (visuals, POSM…)
- Temporary: recruit the adequate promoter’s profile according to the animation, follow up (shipments, performance, issues…)

Requirements:
• Five years or more of experience in similar role, ideally in Travel Retail industry.
• Experience/Interest in luxury and/or fragrance industry will be highly valued.
• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Proficient in MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time to assigned region.
