Rabanne is a bold and avant-garde fashion and beauty brand known for its bold designs and innovative use of materials, founded by Spanish designer Paco Rabanne in the 1960s. The brand blends edgy, unconventional aesthetics with luxury, pushing the boundaries of style across both couture and beauty.

The Rabanne Associate Brand Manager will support Rabanne’s Brand Marketing Manager in developing and leading the brand’s strategy in the region with a focus on Rabanne’s makeup line as well as collaborating in the pricing process as a cross functional task among the marketing department. Through the creation and implementation of a clear brand strategy, this role will amplify and elevate Maison Rabanne’s doors across multiple consumer engagement touchpoints.

This is a new role within the Travel Retail Americas (TRA) Marketing Team, and will require an entrepreneurial mindset, a dynamic and strategic profile with creative ideas, a strong collaborative spirit, and a hands-on approach. 

What you'll get to do

  • Strategic Development: Support the Brand Manager to develop and execute strategies for Rabanne.
  • In-Store Eventing: Develop and execute in-store eventing tools with the brand to activate with an always on approach in key doors. Focus on building experiences and creating retailtainment opportunities in permanent spaces to drive brand awareness, engaging interactions and boost total sales.
  • Sales Analysis: Monthly sales tracking to identify new opportunities and boost sales.
  • Support Retail Design Team, Demand Planning and the Brand Manager with forecasting of Product, Point of Sale Materials (POSM), Sampling, Wrapping materials and Gifts with Purchase (GWPs): Evaluate potential of new launches, support commercial team with distribution and plan of POSM and GWPs by door, maximizing visibility and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Makeup Competitive Mapping: Develop tools such as clear competition product mapping to analyze competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and provide insights to adapt marketing strategies to local opportunities.
  • Support Education Team: Collaborate with the Education team to brainstorm unique Maison Rabanne training activities to enhance the training experience for retail staff.
  • Creative Development: Push the barrier of creative out-of-the-box ideas to grow business by considering channel specificities and local opportunities. 
  • Pricing: Realize quarterly price checks across main retailers’ website and analyze price positioning vs. top competitors as well as saving vs. local markets. Participate in the monthly price list review and system updates.

Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or related roles within the beauty or fragrance industry.
  • Language: English and Spanish required, French is preferred
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and consumer insights.
  • Photoshop skills preferred
  • Knowledge of the Travel Retail Americas market is desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Demand Planning, and Retail to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including brand teams, suppliers, retailers, and internal teams.
