The Opportunity...
A Rabanne Business Manager is responsible for representing Rabanne Beauty as a true ambassador, always offering our customers’ excellent service. You must have a passion for make-up and fragrances and have a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets. You must also be confident in educating customers on the latest make-up products and colours and helping to promote brand awareness through in-store events and creating traffic. This is a really exciting opporutnity to join our Rabanne team based in the Beauty Workshop in Selfridges Trafford, and to join an established brand in fragrance entering into the world of beauty with lots of exciting make up launches planned for 2024
The Business Manager is responsible managing 3 direct reports, 2 makeup artists and one account manager, providing outstanding customer service, building individual and vendor line sales volumes and establishing and maintaining customer relationships. The Business Manager will working collaboratively and closely with the regional make up artist to identify, plan and execute on regional eventing opportunities both in store and externally. You work effectively with other team members and establish new accounts, while demonstrating consistent adherence to company standards and procedures. Additionally, the Business Manager will focus on in-house training programs, pre-booked make up consultation events, and maintaining a properly merchandised counter while proficiently closing the retail sale. They are also responsible for driving their own business and creating their own success.
