The Opportunity
PUIG is looking for a Client Advisor to join our team, reporting directly to the assigned Store Manager.
As a Client Advisor, you will serve as a key representative of our brands, delivering an exceptional client experience in alignment with PUIG’s standards of excellence. Operating within the luxury, beauty, and fragrance industry, your professionalism and dedication will be essential in embodying our corporate image, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term client loyalty.
In this role, you will contribute actively to the achievement of both sales targets and qualitative objectives, while promoting a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

What you'll get to do

Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating a strong commitment to the company and embodying its core values: insatiable curiosity, contagious enthusiasm, fairness and respect, entrepreneurial boldness, and shaping tomorrow.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering an outstanding sales experience.

Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company, including: sell-out, UPT (units per transaction), ATV (average transaction value), CRM performance, traffic conversion, CRM conversion, mystery shopper scores, ranking, and productivity per hour.

Apply advanced sales techniques to promote cross-selling and up-selling, ensuring the highest quality customer experience.

Handle any issues during and after the sale, ensuring proper communication with the Store Manager.

Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and brand history, keeping up to date through internal training tools.

Promote customer loyalty through the use of internal tools, creating long-lasting relationships while following company procedures.

Maintain a high store standard, including back-of-house (cleanliness and organization), and comply with Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines.

Actively participate in proper stock management (orders, deliveries, transfers, replenishments, inventory).

Process transactions at the point of sale (POS).

Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, in accordance with internal policies when required.

Hold store keys and be responsible for opening and closing the store when assigned.

Implement cross-selling, up-selling, and clienteling strategies to maximize performance and customer engagement.

Create memorable and unique experiences for our clients, leveraging all internal tools such as: Brand Experience (BE), Clienteling, GWP (gifts with purchase), Sampling, Art of Gifting, VIP Room, amenities, etc.

Passionate and/or with solid experience in selling fragrances, makeup, and luxury or niche brands.

Customer-oriented, with the ability to build lasting and trustworthy relationships.

Excellent communication skills and active listening abilities.

Enjoy working in a team environment and are open-minded, ambitious, dynamic, and proactive.

Flexible and adaptable to varying schedules and tasks.

Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered a strong asset.
