The Opportunity

PUIG is looking for a Beauty Advisor to join our team, reporting directly to the Store Manager / Regional Manager of the assigned store.

As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the primary representative of our brands to customers. We are a leader in the fragrance, beauty, and luxury sector, so your professionalism will be key to conveying the corporate image, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering loyalty.

Your role will be essential in actively contributing to store sales and achieving both quantitative and qualitative objectives, working collaboratively within the team.

What you'll get to do

  • Ensure a unique and unforgettable shopping experience at all times, guaranteeing the achievement of established Sell Out objectives, monitoring KPIs, other indicators, and store traffic metrics.

  • Promote cross-selling and upselling, striving to exceed objectives and ensuring the highest quality in sales and customer experience.

  • Have a deep knowledge of all products within the assigned range and stay updated at all times.

  • Narrate the stories and values of each of our brands. Stay informed about our industry and competitors.

  • Ensure customer loyalty by collecting their information through appropriate tools and building long-term relationships with them.

  • Participate in regular store meetings and contribute to the implementation of a winning action plan.

  • Manage all special events, including collection launches, customer events, counter/store animations, podiums, sales events, and mall events, etc.

  • Ensure that the point of sale expresses the excellence of our brands sublimely, constantly guaranteeing the perfect display of our products according to company standards, and identifying any necessary corrections to increase sales.

  • Proactively participate in the product category stock process to maximize sales (merchandise receipt, inventories, warehouse, orders, etc.).

  • Contribute to a collaborative environment and service excellence by working as a team with other members, showing proactivity and seeking solutions, all in accordance with the company’s values.

  • Attend all relevant training sessions, programs, and meetings led by store management and the education team.

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • Passionate about or with solid experience in selling fragrances, makeup, and luxury or niche brands.

  • Proven experience as a makeup specialist.

  • Customer-oriented, with the ability to build lasting and trusting relationships.

  • Excellent communication skills and active listening abilities.

  • Enjoy working in a team and are an open, ambitious, dynamic, and proactive individual.

  • Flexible in adapting to various schedules and tasks.

  • Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
