What you'll get to do

Functions and Responsibilities:

- Understand local business and its needs.
- Develop and lead Supply Chain operations, including demand planning, supply planning, logistics (import, warehousing and distribution processes), customer service and regulatory affairs, according to local needs by: 

  • Working closely with headquarters´ operations team, to locally ensure the proper processes and procedures execution, as well as their compliance with Puig standards.
  • Partnering with headquarters information technology team to design systems/workflows in order to maximize productivity and reduce waste.
  • Implementing needed corporate tools for supply chain processes execution.
  • Driving key initiatives to improve demand planning process aiming to maximize sales for Puig in China.
  • Managing own inventories maximizing product availability and on-time fill-rate at the minimum cost. 
  • Sourcing local vendors to drive 3PL’s process.
  • Setting productivity and efficiency goals in the 3PL process and evaluate them by establishing and analyzing the proper KPIs.
  • Developing relationships with main customers´ peers in order to maximize their satisfaction and the effectiveness of the collection process.

- Work and closely interact with local marketing, sales, finance, HR and retail teams aiming to maximize business results. 

We'd love to meet you if you have

•    Experience: At least 15 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management or operations, preferably with experience on greenfield project.
•    Education: Degree in supply change management, engineering or related discipline. (MBA desired)
•    Languages: Spanish and English
•    Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong proven leadership, influencing and project management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable to work in a multi-cultural environment.
