The Opportunity
As a Key Holder for Dries Van Noten, you will ensure the smooth daily operations of the store by managing key responsibilities such as opening and closing procedures, till management, and maintaining operational excellence. You will deliver exceptional customer service and support high-quality sales while ensuring that the store runs efficiently and professionally. In this role, you will play a critical part in coordinating daily tasks and ensuring operational consistency.

- Provide a flawless selling ceremony and an impeccable customer experience, upholding the highest standards of the brand.
- Ensure smooth daily operations by overseeing the store environment, coordinating tasks, and addressing operational needs promptly.
- Execute opening and closing procedures, including till management and preparing the store to meet brand standards for clients.
- Monitor stockroom and operational tasks to ensure timely completion and seamless functionality.
- Support team collaboration by coordinating daily activities and maintaining a professional atmosphere.
- Uphold compliance with policies and procedures, maintaining the store's operational excellence and adherence to brand expectations.

A reasonable estimate of the current hourly rate is $22/hour - $28/hour USD.
We'd love to meet you if you have
- At least 3 years of relevant customer-facing experience in retail or another high-end service environment, with some leadership responsibilities preferred.
- Prior experience in operational roles, such as opening/closing procedures or till management, is highly preferred.
- A strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and initiative, with the ability to manage operational tasks.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Versatile, motivated, methodical, and professional.
- A natural passion for people and service, with excellent customer service skills.
- A team player attitude, with a willingness to go the extra mile and lead by example.
- Strong appreciation for architecture, exhibits, and museums to engage our customers.
- Flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
- Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are a major plus.
