The Opportunity
We have an exciting role as Senior Brand Ambassador to join our team in Harrods. The working schedule is based on full time schedule working 5 days per week (37.5hrs) Monday – Sunday inclusive. ) a Senior Brand Ambassador achieves sales targets whilst promoting our brands by delivering a unique experience every time to customers, anticipate their needs and exceeding their expectations. You will develop and increase the brand awareness and build customer loyalty, whilst maintaining the standards and expectations of the store group retailer you will be based. You will achieve sales targets whilst promoting Puig brands by delivering a unique experience every time to customers, anticipate their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Analyse available sales reports and data to determine the needs of the business and set business strategies
- Continuously motivate sales team members to meet assigned sales and productivity goals
- Ensure all Fragrance Consultants provide the highest level of customer service
- Assist in the management of the client database and utilise information to increase sales and client contact
- Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively Support and assist in team member training
- Understand and execute cash control procedures including: bank deposits, safe funds, petty cash
- Collaborate with the Store Manager in areas of staffing levels, risk management, physical security, store cash controls, and inventory management
- Assist in all merchandising directives and ensure execution of effective merchandising strategies
