The Opportunity

 

We have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team on a three month fixed term contract, based in our London office The Grainhouse. This role will support with high volume retail recruitment across the UK & Ireland, for brands including Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier, Penhaligon's and Byredo to name a few. 

 

 

What you'll get to do

 

•    Support with the advertising and interviewing for retail roles for DTC and wholesale doors. 
•    Partner with key business stakeholders and hiring managers to understand, anticipate and manage their recruitment needs.
•    Screen candidates and conduct first stage interviews using selection tools.
•    Manage the recruitment process, scheduling interviews and collecting feedback.
•    Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
•    Keep track record of accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, and other activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required and in line with GDPR guidelines.
•    Manage the offer and onboarding processes.
•    Act as a brand ambassador, both internally and externally showcasing our business and creating a great experience for both internal team members and external talent.
•    Ad-hoc project and admin support for our Employer Brand initiatives.

 

We'd love to meet you if you have

 

•    Recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
•    Ideally, experience in the Luxury, Beauty or Consumer Goods industries.
•    Self-starter able to work autonomously, driving momentum on multiple projects and proactively planning ahead.
•    Highly organised with prioritisation skills.
