The Opportunity

Fixed-term Contract - 6 months 

This role supports our Store Design and Visual Merchandising (SDVM) team and is instrumental in ensuring retail excellence through meticulous planning, creative visual execution, and strong project support across store launches, installations, and day-to-day operations for temp and permanent projects. 

What you'll get to do

 

Project & Team Support 
•    Meet weekly with the SD/VM team to review progress and update the master project plan.
•    Support the team in tracking project milestones and ensuring all deadlines are met, especially during new store launches and refits.
•    Assist with raising purchase orders and consolidating team reports for internal tracking.
•    Support with the raising of PO’s and budget tracking. 
•    Brief external suppliers to produce local POS materials tailored to retailer specifications.

Visual Merchandising Execution

•    Support with administrative design and bespoke planograms for new store openings, tester bars, and backwalls, aligning with new product launches and seasonal priorities.
•    Support the setup of key sites and installations, coordinating logistics and execution.
•    Create detailed visual merchandising packs and communicate guidelines clearly to all relevant stakeholders.
•    Work closely with the SDVM team to ensure they have all necessary POS materials, brand guidelines, and operational support to deliver exceptional in-store experience


Market Research & Trend Monitoring

•    Conduct in-store research to identify current and emerging trends in the luxury beauty category.
•    Maintain an up-to-date library of competitor visuals and VM strategies, particularly within the Luxe segment.

 

We'd love to meet you if you have

 


•    Experience working within a HQ Visual Merchandising team.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite; (experience with planogramming software is a plus.)
•    A keen eye for visual design and aesthetics, particularly in premium or luxury environments.
•    Project management experience and administration support.
