The Opportunity
Working hand in hand with new and emerging Markets, the Senior International Marketing Manager is a critical partner between the commercial needs of our growing international market teams, and our global Brand Marketing and Creative strategies & plans. This role supports the definition and implementation of the Brand Go-To-Market strategy towards our global goals and reports into the Global Business Development Director.
What you'll get to do
- Build working relationships with the Global Brand teams as well as with Markets, to be able to implement the global strategy into the local markets.
- Assess temporary space proposals from markets.
- Support in conveying the Brand vision and work collaboratively with cross functional teams for the successful implementation of the Go-To-Market plans and strategic priorities.
- Manage global Brand communications and campaigns with markets.
- Manage and align regional marketing calendars.
- Manage specific local campaigns and trade animations for evergreen and key occasions.
- Review local animation plans with a focus on flagships.
- Bring new global opportunities and strategies to the Market teams
- Brief the rest of the Global Brand teams on the markets’ needs such as campaign assets, visuals , experience, or NPD requirements.
- Review local PR initiatives with support from the Global Brand PR team.
- Work with the Media team to assess digital media opportunities at market level.
- Grow Gifting and corporate sales through implementation of omnichannel strategies.
- Create campaign performance reports with the markets to support global visibility and understanding on winning strategies and investments.
- Work together with the team to review global CPS demand by initiative.

- Self-starter able to work autonomously, driving momentum on multiple projects and proactively planning ahead.
- Highly organised with prioritisation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Collaborative team player, with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- At ease dealing with complexity and ambiguity.
- Sensitivity to luxury and good attention to detail.
