The Opportunity

Are you looking to unlock your career in Marketing? We are launching our first two-year Global Marketing talent programme to develop the next generation of Marketing leaders. This is your opportunity to gain first-hand experience from industry experts and dive into the world of luxury skincare as part of Dr. Barbara Sturm's Global Brand team.

In this programme, you will gain a 360 understanding of Product and Brand Marketing from a Global perspective. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, learn from brand experts, and gain visibility into end-to-end product launch and brand campaign development; from concept and communications, to execution and analysis.

This is a two year programme, starting in October 2025.

What you can expect from us

Designed to immerse you in the strategic and creative functions of our Global Marketing team, you will work closely with Product and Brand Marketers, gain exposure to day-to-day Marketing management, as well as a more holistic view on brand development and planning. In your role, you will own research projects to feed meaningful insights into cross-functional teams and senior leaders.

You will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and insight into how a luxury skincare brand grows and evolves in a fast-pace global environment. To support your development throughout the programme, you will have dedicated mentors to guide you in your role. You will also have access to learning opportunities and resources to help unlock your full potential and set you up for future success.

An idea of your key responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of 360° go-to-market strategies, including asset briefings, timelines, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Digital, Education, PR) to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Help maintain global marketing calendars and toolkits.
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist in compiling post-launch analysis.
  • Contribute to the ideation and creation of brand and product storytelling materials.
