We have exciting management opportunities across our retail portfolio, from boutique and counter management to wider leadership roles within some of London’s most prestigious department stores and locations.

We’re looking for individuals who:

Have previous retail management or team leadership experience, ideally within luxury, beauty, fragrance, fashion or a premium environment
Are passionate about leading, coaching and developing teams
Can create an exceptional and memorable customer experience
Are commercially minded and confident working towards sales targets and KPIs
Lead by example and know how to inspire and motivate a team
Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
Have a genuine passion for luxury brands and outstanding service

What you'll get to do

As one of our retail leaders, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Take ownership of the day-to-day running of your business, ensuring both commercial and customer experience goals remain front of mind
Drive sales performance and KPIs, identifying opportunities to grow your business
Coach and support your team to deliver exceptional, memorable customer experiences
Build strong relationships with store teams and key stakeholders
Support with recruitment, onboarding and development, helping you build a strong and engaged team
Use your leadership and commercial knowledge to spot opportunities, overcome challenges and make an impact
