The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to join a high profile luxury skincare and wellness collective with a fast growing presence globally within an inspiring team of leaders owning 360 cross channel consumer marketing planning & execution. This role reports into the Global Digital & Consumer Marketing VP. This role will lead a team of 8 people to drive amazing 360 consumer experiences, cross channel – concept though delivery.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate strong leadership, forward thinking, high level of intellectual curiosity, strategically minded and has excellent communication and collaboration skills. This will be a fast paced, cross discipline role with new processes and hires to put in place – we are looking for someone who gets energised by being a part of writing the future!
What you'll get to do
The key responsibilities of this role is to ensure 360 consumer marketing activations, driving surprise and delight moments which heighten engagement, increase loyalty and drive sales. This is an omnichannel role, but with a focus on digital engagement and consumer experience, collaborating closely with brand marketing, content, creative and retail teams at brand and market level.
- Oversee full funnel consumer connection & touchpoint strategy – NPD and evergreen partnering with the trading teams to ensure all goals are met.
- Oversee Global Paid Media strategy with team of 4 dedicate people – fostering partnerships in new white spaces, finding ways to deliver the brand message and driving long term payback.
- Oversee Global CRM strategy with team of 3 dedicated people – all consumer outbound touch points, amplifying reach, engagement and fostering conversations.
- Oversee the Omni Activity planning process across the full team (consumer marketing and ecommerce) – brainstorming, planning and aligning the cross channel activations with stake holders and own execution end to end.
- Own and oversee the Consumer Marketing Calendar across all channels – 12 months in advance.
- Owning the budget to drive these channels end to end.
- Orchestrate and reimagine consumer engagement moments via virtual events and monetise.
- Drive consumer engagement innovation – finding, testing and quickly making more moments for consumers to build brand love.
We'd love to meet you if you have
- Strong passion for serving and understanding customers needs and wants, cross channel.
- Strong digital background with a good understanding of ecommerce and DTC.
- At least 3 years working in similar cross channel role – managing omni experiences.
- A strong knowledge of RFM and monetisation of insights to drive loyalty and CLTV.
- Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills to help shape new team, new processes and communicate with wide stake holder group.
- A inquisitive thinker and someone who can challenge with a view to innovate.
- Incredibly creative commercial marketing and consumer communication skills.
- Unparalleled analytical skills – to be able to read, understand and pivot to next steps / innovations.
- Strategic thinker that can see beyond the day-to-day grind to help bring all channel activations together to create one holistic, gold standard consumer experience.
