The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated CRM Executive to help drive and elevate our CRM strategies. This role will be part of an exciting and dynamic team that looks after global CRM for Puig Niche Beauty & Fragrance brands including (but not limited to) Penhaligon’s and L‎’Artisan Parfumeur. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and fragrance, a keen interest in data-driven CRM and the ability to apply themselves in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll get to do

Email Marketing Calendar:

  • Develop, manage, and execute email marketing strategy.
  • Coordinate with brand, market, and digital teams for timely, relevant campaigns.
  • Analyse and optimise email performance for better engagement and conversion rates.

Membership Programme:

  • Oversee daily operations of the subscriber membership programme.
  • Develop strategies to increase member sign-ups, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance membership experience.

New CRM Channels:

  • Implement and manage new CRM channels (SMS, gifting, direct mail).
  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns across these channels to enhance consumer engagement.
  • Monitor and report on channel performance, making data- driven adjustments as needed.

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Utilise data to understand consumer behaviour and preferences.
  • Segment consumer data to create personalised marketing campaigns.
  • Present insights and recommendations to inform strategy.

Consumer Engagement and Retention:

  • Develop strategies to increase consumer engagement and loyalty, especially among VIPs.
  • Optimise and implement automated lifecycle campaigns to reduce churn and increase lifetime value.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Align with brand, market, and digital teams for cohesive consumer communication.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for CRM activities and campaigns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • Proven experience in a CRM role, preferably within the beauty and fragrance industry.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing, lifecycle campaigns and other CRM channels such as SMS and Direct Mail.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and platforms (e.g., Bloomreach, Braze, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Experience with data visualisation tools preferred (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Keen interest in beauty and fragrance category.
