The Opportunity...
As a BYREDO Field Trainer based in London, you will support the Education Manager in delivering educational, motivational, and inspirational training across BYREDO Retail and Wholesale points of sale in the UK, with a particular focus on key doors. You will act as a Brand Ambassador, supporting events and activations as required.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and support Brand Ambassadors (BAs) to ensure service and selling standards reflect the best in
luxury and niche retail.
· Conduct in-store training on product knowledge and sales techniques, adapting and creating content for
optimal knowledge retention.
· Collaborate closely with the Education Manager and Retail team to drive productivity and sales through
aligned service standards.
· Support and execute the onboarding journey for new BAs, ensuring all tools and assets are updated and
delivered promptly.
· Assist with induction and training for temporary and agency teams across BYREDO retail stores and
wholesale doors.
· Contribute to face-to-face, classroom trainings and the annual conference.
· Regularly assess BAs and implement educational solutions as needed.
· Ensure BAs are digitally and socially engaged, confident in using Puig & BYREDO platforms (e.g., Brand
Experience, Teams, BYR Client), and celebrate their results.
· Build relationships with customers and BAs to influence brand product purchases.
· Support and coordinate store events as required.
· Stay informed on key industry trends and lead by example.
· Conduct fragrance or makeup trainings, workshops, and masterclasses to enhance customer and BA
retention.
· Provide in-store coaching and feedback to support cross-selling and increase KPIs.
· Identify and implement new educational initiatives and update training assets in line with market needs.
· Manage special projects or ad hoc requests to support BYREDO.
· Maintain and update the educational calendar to reflect business needs
We'd love to meet you if you have...
Previous experience working within luxury beauty industry
Genuine passion and knowledge for the industry specifically service excellence, storytelling and
customer journey in Niche Beauty and Fragrance.
Previous experience in a training or coaching teams, delivering effective training.
Agile and able to adapt to the ever-changing need of the Puig in UK Teams.
Ability to deliver skill led trainings or demonstrations.
Excellent interpersonal skills, articulate and motivational presentation skills.
Ability to develop effective working relationships, both internally & externally and be a good team player
A good understanding of niche and luxury retail management.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure.
Demonstrate a pro-active attitude and flexible approach.
Enthusiastic, intelligent, hard-working, results-oriented
Required IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Digital training platforms.
