The Opportunity

We have an exciting role as Assistant Store Manager to join our flagship Covent Garden store, the working schedule is based on full time schedule 5 days per week (37.5hrs) Monday – Sunday inclusive. As Assistant Store Maager at Byredo Spitalfields, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to lead the team, drive commercial performance and create an exceptional client experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on greater leadership responsibility, combining a strong presence on the shop floor with the day-to-day running of the store. You’ll lead by example, inspire and develop the team, and help build their confidence in fragrance profiling, product knowledge and client engagement.

From analysing sales performance and supporting business strategies to managing client events, maintaining operational standards and ensuring effective floor coverage, you’ll have the opportunity to influence both the commercial success and culture of the store.

You’ll also step into the Store Manager’s responsibilities when required, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to continue developing their leadership career within Byredo.
