The Opportunity

We have an exciting role as a Team Leader to join our Byredo Bicester Village team. The working schedule is based on full time schedule working 5 days per week (37.5hrs), Monday – Sunday inclusive.

As Team Leader at Byredo Bicester Village, you’ll play an important role in supporting the management team to drive performance, inspire the team and deliver an exceptional client experience.

This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills while remaining hands-on with clients and the team. You’ll lead by example on the shop floor, motivate Fragrance Consultants to achieve their goals, and support their development across fragrance profiling, product knowledge and client engagement.

Alongside sales, you’ll gain exposure to the wider running of the store, including operations, visual merchandising, stock management, training and recruitment. You’ll also support the Store Manager in maintaining high standards across the store and step into greater responsibility when needed.
