The Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate Aesthetician to deliver exceptional service in the area of skincare, wellness services and achieve sales targets within our rapidly evolving luxury skincare comapny. 

Working at our Boutique & Spa in London, you will be able to professionally conduct all aspects of facial treatments, as well as confidently offer product recommendations and skin care advice. Providing a tailored service to our customers in order to achieve excellent service and sales goals, whilst ensuring each customer has a luxurious experience. You will be working closely with the wider team to perform outstanding facial experience. If you have a genuine love for luxury skin care, this could be the perfect role for this. 

This is a temporary fixed- term contract for 12 months. 

What you'll get to do

Examine and analyse client's skin to evaluate skin conditions and provide recommendations.

Confidently offer and conduct consultations and Dr Sturm facial treatments to all customers including VIP's.

Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team sales objectives.

Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.

Recommend and sell all product.

Participate in and help organise store events, designed to promote brand image and awareness. 

Be a true ambassador of the brand and contribute to a strong culture and environment.

We'd love to meet you if you have

Facial therapist experience within luxury skincare.

Retail and Spa experience in a beauty environment.

Advanced knowledge of beauty products.

Body massage experience.

Minimum NVQ level 3 or equivalent.

Ability to provide genuine personalised treatments, as well as recommend and sell product.

Proven record of achieving sales targets.

Demonstrates professional treatment consultation and application. 

Ability to work well in a fast- paced, team oriented environment. 

Full flexibility of hours, including early and late shifts, weekends and bank holidays.
