The Opportunity
PUIG is looking for a Brand Ambassador to join our team, reporting to the Store Manager of the assigned store. The Brand Ambassador is a key representative of the brand to our clients. This role is a sales professional within the fragrance/beauty/luxury sector who, through their professionalism, upholds the brand’s corporate image and ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty.
The Brand Ambassador actively contributes to store sales and the achievement of established quantitative and qualitative objectives, playing a key role within the team.
What you'll get to do

Ensure a unique and unforgettable shopping experience at all times, achieving the established Sell-Out objectives, monitoring KPIs, and other in-store traffic indicators and performance metrics.

Promote cross-selling and up-selling, striving to exceed targets while ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer experience.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products within the assigned range and stay continuously up to date.

Communicate the stories and values of each of our brands, remaining informed about the industry and competitors.

Ensure customer loyalty by collecting client information through appropriate tools and building long-term relationships.

Participate in regular store meetings and contribute to the implementation of winning action plans.

Manage all special events, including collection previews, client events, counter/store animations, podiums, sales events, and shopping center events.

Ensure the point of sale reflects the excellence of our brands, consistently maintaining perfect product presentation in line with company standards, and flagging any necessary improvements to increase sales.

Proactively participate in stock management by product category to maximize sales (goods receipt, inventories, stockroom organization, ordering, etc.).

Contribute to a collaborative environment and service excellence by working as part of a team, demonstrating proactivity and solution-oriented behavior, in line with company values.

Attend all relevant training sessions, programs, and meetings led by store management and the education team.

You are passionate about and/or bring significant experience in selling fragrance, makeup, or luxury/niche brands.

You have experience as a makeup specialist.

You love sales and have a strong customer-centric approach, enjoying the creation of long-lasting relationships with clients.

You have excellent interpersonal and listening skills.

You enjoy working as part of a team and are an open-minded, ambitious, dynamic, and proactive person.

You are flexible with working hours and tasks.

You are fluent in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
