The Opportunity
Reporting to the HR Director Markets & the EVP of Global Travel Retail, the HRD of Global Travel Reatil develops and execute the HR strategy to support the overall business objectives and strategic direction of the organization; specifically in the areas of performance management & people development, employee engagement & relations and DE&I, organizational design and planning, compensation & benefits. The GTR HR provides strategic leadership by developing and implementing global plans to support and advise the Senior Leadership Team as it relates to their teams.
What you'll get to do
EVP Business Partner & HR Lead for Travel Retail
- Business partner to the EVP of Travel Retail for all people matters in the division
- Implement the EVP strategy in hiring, structure, development, coaching for all BUs
- Ensure the business is supported by a solid and adapted HR framework
- Coach and support the EVP in her role, be her sounding board and bridge to HR HQ
- Represent Puig values, compliance, policies and HR initiatives in the different regions of TR
- Support all HRBP of TR in their requests and be their bridge with HR HQ
- Participate in Corporate meetings representing HR Travel Retail & lead HR projects globally
Organizational Design & Planning
- Strategically lead the organizational design and optimization of our workforce, taking into account development opportunities and succession planning
- Develop HR strategic initiatives that support the company's business strategies and people goals, and are reflective of our mission, culture, and core values
- Work with talent acquisition to support in hiring and retaining the best people for the team
- Partner with senior leaders on strategic business decisions, and delivering practical HR solutions, systems and capabilities that drive business results
- Maintain an in depth knowledge of the business strategy and performance
- Serve as trusted advisor and thought partner to the senior leaders both in Travel Retail as well as HQ
- Oversee the development and implementation of change management strategies, ensuring that the organization has the resources and capabilities to manage change effectively
People Culture & Employee Relations
- Continue to foster and promote the company's culture, by continuously evolving our initiatives across both corporate and business units to ensure employee satisfaction and create a best in class working place
- Be the ambassador of the Puig values and ensure it is communicated in every program
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality and rapid response to employee relations issues; in compliance with local laws and Puig Ethical & Compliance policies
- Partner with the Senior leadership & respective HR leaders to lead company-wide culture initiatives, and employee engagement activities
- Identify challenges and emerging HR/people issues, and proactively provide solutions
- Develop and drive programs that encourage diversity, equity and inclusion and work in conjunction with HR HQ and the future GTR Talent Manager to drive creation of diverse talent pool
Performance Management & People Development
- Oversee and continue to optimize our bi-annual performance review process to support employee development and reinforce a results-oriented culture
- Mentor and advise all business units; including the development of our Senior Leadership Team and Department Leads, HR and teams
- Ensure the business units promote the talent programs existing in the organization and optimize those to develop talents and retain them
- Partner with our HR of the BUs to ensure clear continuity and support for employees post on-boarding and throughout the employee lifecycle
- Develop coaching programs with internal and external stakeholders to respond to team needs and cover gaps

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 10-12 years in HR senior roles, preferably in luxury
- Experience in a global environment preferred
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, project management, analytical ability, creativity, capacity to manage complex projects and strong influencing skills.
- Languages: Fluent English; French and Spanish are a plus
- Mobility: Willingness to travel internationally as required.
