The Opportunity
Training is an increasingly important lever for Puig to achieve the ambitions of growth for the next years. The Training Manager will contribute to the success of the TR Europe Business Unit by ensuring the teams in the TR shops are properly trained, coached, and that they have the capabilities not only to sell our brands and products but also to offer an excellent consumer experience.
In this context, we are looking for a Training Manager to implement the Education strategy in TR Europe by training, developing and coaching Puig dedicated staff (both internal and under retailer or agency payroll) trough in-class sessions, on the shop floor sessions, and digital learning.
What you'll get to do
- Build and implement the Education annual strategy in collaboration with the manager.
- Deliver Trainings related to product knowledge, soft skills, and brand history and values.
- Perform Live Coaching Sessions with staff on the shop floor or digitally.
- Maintain digital education app and ensure high level of engagement.
- Track the Education and the T&E budgets and report regularly to the manager.
- Organize operational logistics of training sessions (training calendar, hotel bookings, update the training database…).
- Communicate and liaise with Commercial teams to ensure the proper implementation of the training plan.
- Motivate and support the staff to achieve successful results.
- Collaborate on other administrative tasks requested by the role.
- Track training results and share feedback with key internal stakeholders.
- Convey Company values at all times.
- Deliver induction trainings to all new joiners, share the brand DNAs, product knowledge, customer service and selling techniques.
- Involve in BAs, BRs and promoters’ recruitment process.

Experience:
- 5 years of previous experience in beauty category (Fragrance & Make Up) as a trainer.
- Ability to travel (75% of the time) across Europe.
Education: Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or similar discipline.
Languages:
- Fluent English & French (verbal and written).
- Spanish are a plus.
Competencies:
- Excellent Communication, Presentation & Public Speaking skills.
- Strong Organization & Interpersonal skills.
- Strong Digital awareness & Microsoft knowledge.
- Ability to motivate, inspire and influence others.
