The Opportunity
As HR Generalist, you will contribute to provide dedicated support to employees through the implementation and management of programs, policies, and procedures, and by fostering a positive work environment through effective employee-employer relations. The position reports to the HR Director.
What you'll get to do
- Provide dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees, including understanding and applying people tools and policies, and addressing employee-relations matters.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws, internal and corporate regulations, and act as the HR coordinator for policies and procedures updates as needed.
- Lead ad hoc analysis and reports, maintain KPIs, and participate to internal audits for accuracy and compliance.
- Be an active member of the HR Team, contributing to the creation of a high-end employee experience through timely HR communications, organization of employees’ events, implementing training and information sessions, processes, and policies.
- Participate to HR projects and key initiatives.
- Support the HR Team and employees in coordinating HR processes, including Talent Acquisition and Performance & Development.
- Collaborate closely with the HR Specialist on critical stages of the employee life cycle, such as onboarding, end of probation period interviews, work certificates and offboarding.
- Act as the primary backup for HR Operations processing, including payroll, updating employees files, time management, and benefits.

We'd love to meet you if you have
Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role in Switzerland, ideally in an international matrix environment, with a focus on HR compliance and administration, employment, compensation, labor, and employees’ relations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field; “Brévet Fédéral” in HR a real asset.
Languages: English and French, other languages are an asset.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Specific knowledge required: Knowledge of Swiss Labor Law is a must, previous experience in HR Generalist role, and familiarity with HRIS systems.
