Consumer Insights Analyst - Global Travel Retail

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Consumer Insights Analyst to join our dynamic travel retail team. In this role, you will assist in analyzing data, creating reports, and developing insights that will shape our business strategy for the travel retail channel. You will work closely with the Insights & Business Development director as well as the global and regional Marketing & Commercial teams, collecting and analyzing data, creating visualizations, and supporting them in delivering key insights to stakeholders.
What you'll get to do
- Dive into Data: Extract and analyze quantitative data to inform our business strategy.
- Track Performance: Develop and maintain monthly reports to monitor performance metrics.
- Get Inside the Consumer Mind: Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to uncover consumer behavior, preferences, and trends on a deeper level.
- Be a Storyteller with Data: Craft visually engaging and interactive reports that make your findings easy to understand and impactful to share.
- Support Teams: Collaborate with global and regional teams to address specific analysis needs and support local initiatives with data-driven insights.
- Drive Purposeful Strategy: Play an active role in strategy-building sessions, integrating your findings to help cross-functional teams make decisions that align with consumer values and global trends.

- Consumer Insight: Curious about what drives consumer behavior and trends.
- Social Media Savvy: Up-to-date on internet trends and how they shape consumer choices.
- Curious & Knowledge-Driven: Eager to learn and continuously update skills to connect the dots and solve problems effectively.
- Visual Storytelling: Skilled in Canva and PowerPoint, able to create clear, impactful presentations.
- AI Knowledge (Plus): Familiar with AI tools to enhance analysis and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in management, marketing, market research, statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights or business intelligence.
- Strong interest for the Beauty & Luxury industry.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required.
