Commercial Support Executive Temp

The Opportunity
This temporary role reports to the Commercial Area Manager within EMAD (European, Mediterranean and African Distributors), providing operational support in overseeing the daily management of the Distributors markets, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders. Additionally, this position involves assisting and maintaining a collaborative relationship with distributors as well as assuring they meet the defined key capabilities.
What you'll get to do
Business Strategic Planning and Distributor Management:
- Support the relationships with the distributors in the markets under his/her responsibility
- Take part, with the local team, in the design and implementation of the commercial strategy of each market based on market trends, retail reality and evolution and VMS/Sell out objectives
- Together with Marketing team and Commercial Area Manager, define brand priorities and distribution strategy
- Follow-up and modify operational plans if required (marketing and sales)
- Support the Commercial Area Manager in the pricing process and tool
- Support the Commercial Area Manager with sell-out and sell-in monthly analysis to look for business opportunities
- Contribution/Participation to business reviews and client presentations
Implementation / Control:
- Responsibility on the day-to-day communication between the Distributor and the team
- Deep understanding of results (rankings, sell-out, sell-in, NR and commercial needs and opportunities from distributors) to ensure a solid action plan driving category growth.
- Assure compliance with Legal Department in terms of contracts/agreements with distributors
- Assist on the controlling annual P&L (export) budget by country hand in hand with our Financial Director and Commercial Area Manager
- Follow-up on Order to Cash and Registrations
- Follow up on shipment with Customer Service

Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a Sales/Business Development position, previous experience in luxury and/or fragrance industry will be highly valued
Education: Degree holder in Business Administration or similar
Languages: Fluent in English and French (or any other language is a plus, especially Spanish)

- Team player with strong collaborative relationship building skills, ability to manage ambiguity, complexity, fast pace, and ability to lever different levels of discussions and teams, negotiation, and sales skills, committed attitude, high accountability with strong ethics
- Strong analytical skills with willingness to be hands-on
- Entrepreneurial spirit willing to go the extra mile
- Working knowledge of Advances MS Excel and PowerPoint
