The Opportunity

We are looking for a Commercial Intern to join our EMAD team (European, Mediterranean, and African Distributors) in Eysins. In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the company’s growth objectives and strategies. You will be providing operational support to the Europe and Africa Commercial team in the process of managing Distributors as well as Direct to retail accounts by communicating with external well as with internal stakeholders (Commercial Area Managers, Marketing, Digital, Business Intelligence, Retail as well as Finance).

What you'll get to do

Pricing process: Support Commercial Area Managers in the pricing process and related tools (store checks gathering, thermometers analysis, price proposal based on brands guidelines); Create and maintain brand price lists; Ensure accurate upload of pricing into internal systems and follow up as needed.

Ordering process: Assist with operational requests related to the ordering process: resolve issues, manage contingencies, issue credit/debit notes.

Special projects: Assist the Commercial team on special projects: analysis, presentations, reporting.

E-tailing: Support and monitor the implementation of online trade plans; Participate in key door audits for the niche category; Track/report on major online launches and seasonal campaigns (e.g., key product launches, holiday promotions).

Back-office support: Coordinate generic requests to all countries (e.g., RRSPSC Template, A&P template, IKA information); Maintain updated contact lists, support events organization, oversee access to platforms and assist the team with agendas/meeting schedules when needed.

We'd love to meet you if you have

Experience: Experience/Interest in luxury and/or fragrances industry will be highly valued.

Education: Bsc. Degree studies in Business Administration or similar.

Languages: Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus.

  • Proactive, autonomous, and enthusiastic learner with strong communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Flexibility and ability to handle multi-tasks and interact cross-departments.
  • Analytical mindset with focus on attention to details.

Specific Knowledge required: Digital Savvy, Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and ideally Power BI knowledge is a must.

The internship is proposed for 6 to 9 months. Start date: ASAP.
