The Opportunity

In this role, you will be part of our EMED (European and Mediterranean Distributors) team in Eysins and will report directly to Commercial Area Manager. 
As Commercial and Trade Support Executive you will be providing operational support in the process of managing Distributors and Direct Accounts by communicating with all the departments involved: Commercial, Customer service, Marketing, Demand Planning as well as being in daily contact with Clients. 
Perimeter: Nordics, Baltics, Central and Eastern Europe, Turkey and Israel.
 

What you'll get to do

  • Support the Commercial Area Manager in the process of orders from the analysis of the order, stock availability, free of charge POSM to the follow up of delivery and clients claims. 
  • Support Commercial Area Manager in the pricing process, tools, and implementation. 
  • Prepare and submit all the necessary files to clients for assortment management, novelty introduction and product information. 
  • Support the Commercial Area Manager with sell-out and sell-in monthly analysis to look for business opportunities.
  • Support the Commercial Area Manager/Marketing with the launch/animation reports with sell out, sell in and ROI analysis.   
  • Main point of contact and coordination with one Field Supervisor based in Europe for everything related to operational requests. 
  • Follow up of the implementation of trade activations with responsible team and accounts. 
  • Support in the CPS forecasting process with the tool and follow up of the stock report to identify opportunities of business and activations. 
  • Develop necessary templates in cooperation with Commercial Area Manager to drive the business and facilitate reporting.  
  • Follow up on the invoices and PO with Finance and Accounts.  
  • Coordinate with clients for the participation of internal events.   
  • Contribution/Participation to business reviews and clients’ presentations.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a Sales Support or Trade Executive position. Previous experience in luxury and/or fragrance industry will be highly valued.

Education: Degree holder in Business Administration or similar.

Languages: Fluent in English (or any other language is a plus, especially French and/or Spanish)

Competencies:

  • Working knowledge of Advances MS Excel and PowerPoint. Highly valuable knowledge of Power BI.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication.
  • Proactive, autonomous, with strong communication skills and effective cross-department interaction.
  • Results oriented with good analytical skills and understanding of business drivers.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work with strict deadlines.
  • An ability to work independently and as a team.
