The Opportunity

The main mission of the role will be to support the management and growth of key retail partners within the Middle East region.

The KAM Graduate role is a structured, two-year program within our Middle East Commercial department. During this period, you will be working on exciting projects, supporting on managing, developing, and growing strategic customer accounts within the beauty industry. This role focuses on supporting on driving sales performance, strengthening client relationships, executing brand strategies, and ensuring flawless execution.

What you'll get to do

 

Sales & Account management support: 

  • Assist the Key Account Manager in managing day-to-day interactions with strategic retail partners 
  • Collect and share sellout reports with data management team
  • Track sell-out performance and flag risks and opportunities
  • Prepare monthly performance reports when required (Sephora)

 

Stocks management:

  • Work closely with marketing to ensure alignment on new product launches and promotional strategies with clear on counter dates
  • Responsible for sharing Item Creation Templates with the retailers for new product launches
  • Ensure products availability by retailer (new launches salable, campaign samples & GWP) • Manage the phase-in / phase-out process and lead the communication with the retailer
  • Monitor stock levels and support forecasting to prevent OOS or overstock.
  • Share fill rate reports with sales managers by country and set action plans accordingly  

 

Presentations & Analysis 

  • Assist in preparing internal and external presentations (business reviews, brand updates, retailer strategy meetings)
  • Track monthly competitors’ activities in main key accounts (animations, promotions, and visibility levels)
  • Ensure regular market visit in the UAE
  • Support, when necessary, with for various adhoc topics throughout the year depending on business needs

 

 

 

 

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in commercial, sales, or trade marketing support roles
  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related field
  • Languages: Advanced English; Arabic is considered an asse
