The Opportunity

The Counter Manager’s mission is to be a brand ambassador for Carolina Herrera, and Dries Van Noten in Bloomingdales, Dubai Mall. This position is based in store. They will achieve sales targets by delivering a unique & remarkable shopper experience every time, anticipating the shoppers’ needs and thus meeting their expectations. As a Counter Manager, they are to increase Puig brands’ awareness, build shoppers’ loyalty, respect counter rules & processes, and be a consistent team player. In addition to supporting the Sell-Through manager by engaging, motivating, coaching, and following up on the daily sell-out.

• Build and maintain in-store relationships.
• Support the induction process of new joiners.
• Motivate team members in the assigned door and provide them with the necessary support and training.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database to build solid relationships with customers.
• Address and resolve enquiries, issues, or complaints that a customer may have and seek assistance from Sell-Through Manager when required.

We'd love to meet you if you have

• Previous experience as a Beauty Counter Manager.
• Previous experience within the Fragrance, Beauty, Fashion, Luxury Goods industry.
