Commercial Area Manager

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Area Manager will play a key role in developing our business in terms of market share, net revenues, and consumer experience across Puig distributors markets in the Middle East, while ensuring sustainable growth.
What you'll get to do
• Partner with the local Marketing and Commercial teams to shape and implement the commercial strategies across our markets.
• Build and develop strong relationships with distributors in the market.
• Work closely with the Marketing team, to define brand priorities and distribution strategy.
• Identify and assess new distribution set-ups if required.
• Accountability for the VMS, Sales, Profit and BTL Investments in each market.
• Control annual P&L (export) budget by country.
We'd love to meet you if you have
• Demonstrated experience in a Sales or a Business Development position, ideally gained in the beauty industry.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a range and adaptability of style.
• Collaborative nature, ability to work with cross functional teams, act as a true business partner and build internal/external relationships.
