The Opportunity
Are you passionate about beauty, creativity, and the power of digital influence?
We’re looking for an Advocacy & Influencer Manager with a digital-first mindset to join our Middle East team in Dubai. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind Puig’s brand visibility and advocacy strategy across the Middle East, shaping conversations around some of the most iconic beauty brands: Carolina Herrera, Jean Paul Gaultier, Rabanne, Dries Van Noten, Penhaligon’s, Byredo, L’Artisan Parfumeur, and Dr Barbara Sturm.
Reporting to the Middle East Brand Director – Prestige Brands , you’ll lead our communication strategy for all our brands (Niche & Prestige) including influencer partnerships, product seeding, and social media advocacy in collaboration with our local agency — ensuring our brands remain at the center of culture, creativity, and conversation.

What you'll get to do
Influence Marketing
- Build scalable programs across macro, mid-tier, and micro influencers. Identify new influencer tiers and platforms.
- Define strategy aligned with brand objectives and target audience.
- Source and recommend local influencers to agencies.
- Negotiate fees and deliverables via agency. Coordinate product deliveries and briefings.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Monitor compliance and results.
- Track long-term ambassador effectiveness.
Social Media Listening & Trends
- Activate trends with agencies based on listening reports. Suggest reactive content, seeding, or influencer collabs.
- Propose quick-turn opportunities aligned with brand priorities.
- Support concepting, sourcing, and execution of timely activations.
- Provide input on feasibility, costs, and timelines.
- Advise how global trends resonate locally. Adapt global activations to ensure cultural and commercial relevance.
- Support global teams on press or influencer trips. Identify and coordinate local participants.
- Collect content and maximize amplification post-trip.
Always-On Tracking & KPIs
- Measure earned media with clear models.
- Track engagement, reach, and mentions per campaign.
- Assess ROI in collaboration with marketing, linking to sales.
We'd love to meet you if you have
- Previous experience in luxury beauty digital communications with a focus on digital and influencer marketing.
- Ability to manage campaigns and budgets (large and small scale).
- Experience in managing social media platforms and understanding of digital performance metrics.
- Deep understanding of the Middle East consumer and social trends.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- A team player with a proactive, hands-on and agile mindset.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (Arabic language is a plus) .
