What you'll get to do
Sales
- Develop and execute business plans, consistently surpassing financial objectives.
- Spearhead sales goals, marketing initiatives, and merchandising strategies for your business.
- Propel growth by leveraging consumer/sales insights, continuously analyzing sales data for growth opportunities and areas of improvement.
- Utilize weekly business analysis to understand sales performance and proactively enhance the business for our customers.
- Coordinate and negotiate special events and in-store promotions with retailers.
- Adhere to company guidelines while maintaining and managing all corporate budgets.
Education
- Schedule local training programs aligned with sales strategy and objectives, collaborating with the education team to execute training initiatives that support business goals.
- Collaborate with the Field Sales Team to assess the needs of customers and their staff.
- Motivate and develop Beauty Advisors and Makeup Artists.
- Serve as a role model in image and professionalism.
- Monitor and promote brand image and awareness.
- Conduct on-the-job education at the counter through face-to-face coaching.
Relationship Management
- Develop collaborative partnerships with retailers, brand ambassadors, fragrance specialists, makeup artists, and corporate teams.
- Act as a key business partner to store and corporate management teams, discussing business opportunities, concerns, and sales promotions to ensure target achievement.
- Partner with the Retail VM/Store Design Team to ensure successful in-store visual displays.
- Ensure visual merchandising consistently follows corporate and store guidelines.
- Lead recruitment, training, and motivation of in-store sales teams to achieve retail targets and improve rankings.
We'd love to meet you if you have
- 5+ years of account executive sales experience required in beauty or fashion.
- Previous experience in luxury markets, preferably establishing relationships with major retailers.
- Previous experience working with fragrance and makeup.
- Highly driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales performance goals.
- Detail-oriented multitasker with a history of leading in-store events and trainings.
- Ability to meet deliverables within deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership qualities demonstrated through leading, developing, and motivating sales specialists.
- Successful relationship builder showcasing high emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for all things beauty and fragrance.
