
Travel Retail Field Supervisor, Mexico

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Field Supervisor to support our Travel Retail team in Mexico. The field supervisor will ensure the perfect execution of each account strategy to achieve sellout growth and consumer experience through efficient BR team and POS management, while providing information to the KAM/AM for optimal account management and active discovering and communication of opportunities in the area.
What you'll get to do
As a Field Supervisor you will be responsible for managing Brand Representatives (BRs), delivering on site training and coaching, maintain the Point of Sale, support the implementation of animations, and make sure that Launches and assortment is matching the door needs.
Managing the Brand Representatives will include:
- Defining monthly Sell-out targets per BR and follow up
- Ensure sufficient stock level at all times and alert Key Account Manager
- Collect monthly sell-out feedback for BR doors
- New BR recruitment and onboarding
- Defining personal performance objectives and appraisal meetings
Regarding training, you will be responsible for:
- Training and motivating of permanent BRs
- Flash trainings
- One to one coaching to improve their skills
Point of sale responsibilities include:
- Analysis and report of Point of Sale to provide resources to make any decisions for optimal account management
- conduct regular store visits
- Tracking of competition, prices, permanent spaces

Experience:
- The ideal candidate has experience of 4-5 years in similar functions or related activities, such as sales, marketing, retail, etc. where the main objective has been to drive sales, brand and/or consumer experience.
- Previous experience in Luxury is a plus.
- Previous experience Travel Retail is a plus.
- Previous experience in Dufry, Motta/Attenza, and/or other Local Retailers is a plus.
Education:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or similar discipline.
Languages:
- Excellent command of Spanish and English, both verbally and in written.
