Training Coordinator

The Opportunity

Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of yearly Education Plan (On-line & In-class Trainings Development) for Brand Ambassadors and Store Leaders to achieve sales targets, ensuring retail excellence and enhancing Puig values and passion for our Love Brands (Makeup & Fragrances).

Your challenges

• Collaborate within onboarding process for Brand Ambassadors: Fragrance & Makeup Culture.
• Train & coach Brand Ambassadors, Temporary staff and Store Leaders/Counter Managers to act as an Ambassadors of our Love Brands, building a unique and different experience to the consumers through the selling ceremony.
• Participate and contribute in the animations and events with the Brands.
• Organize training events aligned with HQ guidelines and market (Annual convention, Annual trainings and special support to the brands for different events).
• Complete and submit training reports.
• Coordination with different suppliers for events logistics, so the requirement of  materials for employees as work uniforms for the point of sales.

We´d love to meet you if you have

• At least 2 years of experience in Field Training of 2-3 axes: Fragrances & Makeup.
• Previous experience at the Point of Sales (mandatory).
• Makeup Certifications.
• English level: Intermediate - Advanced.
• Other skills: Creativity, organization, effective communication to coach and provide feedback.
