
Supply Planning Coordinator

The Opportunity
As part of our team your mision will be coordinate and evaluate the strategies to guarantee the prompt and efficient supply of regular products and launches for Charlotte Tilbury Division, acting as link communicator between Logistics, Operations, Commercial and Marketing teams.
What you'll get to do
- Guarantee the supply of products according to due dates (shortest timeframe).
- Manage 2 axis of regular products and launches (including gift packages).
- Follow-up stock availability vs. annual forecast calculated by Demand Planning team.
- Verify availability and restocking of products for launches in coordination with HQ teams.
- Main communication contact between Commercial and Marketing teams to review product availability according to their necessities vs. Operations and Logistics stock planning.
- Coordinate transportation: Register and follow-up of guide numbers assigned to the bunkers and shipments.
- Prioritize urgent supply requests, evaluating immediacy according to the overbooking and overdemand.
- Evaluate critical SKU´s to avoid stock breakage in the short-term.
- Air shipping coordination with HQ according to local market necessities.
- Coordinate the approval of air shipping process (costs, GM and HQ approval) to issue the order.
- Review the order requirements twice a month, updating the database according inventory estimations, receipts, transit times.
- Maintain a weekly updated log per SKU about purchases, stages in which they are and arrivals to report to HQ, Commercial, Marketing, Operations and Retail teams.
- Create and follow up final purchasing orders according to annual forecast and CPS (launches portal site), confirming with HQ teams.
- Control and report purchasing gathered value of product to sale (testers, furniture and advertising material) supporting Marketing budget follow-up.
- Monitor and reporting KPI´s*: DIO (Days of Inventory Outstanding) & DIO TAM (Days of Inventory Outstanding Total Addressable Market).
We'd love to meet you if you have
- 3-5 years of wxperience in supply chain planning, logistics or demand planning.

Bachelor’s in industrial engineering, Business Management, Logistics and International Business.

English: Conversational skills.

Work team, problem solving, analytical thinking, organization, effective communication, embrace change and results oriented.

Excel: Advanced level.
Power BI: Intermediate level.
