Marketing Group Manager

The Opportunity

As Marketing Group Manager your mission is to prepare and put in place the Marketing Plan for Rabanne and Penhaligon´s, in order to accomplish objectives fixed in terms of market share, net revenues, profitability and brand building.

What you´ll get to do

• Planning of different Marketing strategies for the brands above mentioned for different retailers, following the brand objectives and international guidelines.
• Run brand analysis (monthly/brand review/business review) and control the reporting of the area for internal use for International Development and Brands.
• Collaborate in the building of the strategy for Media & PR plan per brand.
• Control, analysis and follow-up of S.O results using.
• Work & collaborate with different areas to achieve objectives & foster innovation.
• Leadership and management activities within local brand teams.

We´d love to meet you if you have

• 5-8 years of experience in beauty marketing product management
• Experience in team leadership
• Strong attention to detail, activations on the point of sale within different retailers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Conversational English Skills.
