The Opportunity

Your mission will be to play a pivotal role in executing and managing advocacy programs at the local level in key social platforms: TikTok & Instagram. Driving meaningful and authentic connections with advocates.

What you'll get to do

Advocacy Program Localization & Execution

  • Adapt and execute global advocacy strategies to fit local market dynamics, ensuring relevance to cultural nuances, consumer preferences, and regional trends.
  • Develop and lead localized advocacy activations, amplifying brand visibility and driving consumer loyalty.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (PR, Social Media, Events, E-Commerce, Marketing …) to align local advocacy efforts, ensuring a consistent brand message across all platforms.
  • Share insights and results from local programs with global teams to inform and optimize broader advocacy strategies.

Creative Briefing & Toolkit Deployment

  • Develop clear, locally relevant creative briefs to guide advocacy initiatives, ensuring alignment with global strategies while reflecting local culture, tone, and audience preferences.
  • Adapt global toolkits to provide advocates with actionable resources, including campaign messaging, brand storytelling guidelines, product highlights, and activation frameworks tailored to the local market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure toolkits are seamlessly implemented and resonate with advocates in the local market.
  • Ensure all advocacy materials empower advocates to communicate authentically, fostering engagement and brand affinity across their networks.
  • Monitor and gather feedback on toolkit adoption and advocate-driven activations, using insights to refine resources and improve future programs.

Advocacy Programs & Engagement Activities

  • Execute comprehensive advocacy programs designed to build meaningful, long-term relationships with all levels of advocates.
  • Develop and implement thoughtful engagement activities, including targeted product experiences, exclusive activations, and collaborative opportunities, to foster excitement and strengthen advocate loyalty and evolution within the programs.
  • Ensure advocacy programs are structured to reward and engage advocates throughout the entire program lifecycle, driving organic amplification and authentic storytelling.
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of engagement initiatives, capturing feedback and insights to enhance future advocacy efforts.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on advocacy program performance using key metrics such as EMV (earned media value), engagement rates, and ROI.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize program execution, improve advocate engagement, and enhance the impact of local advocacy initiatives.
  • Share learnings, success stories, and recommendations with global teams to contribute to the continuous evolution of advocacy programs.

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • Relevant Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in advocacy, influencer marketing, community management, or consumer engagement roles within luxury beauty, fashion, or premium lifestyle industries.
  • Influencer Marketing Skills: Strong experience working with top advocates, influencers, and opinion leaders to drive engagement, content creation, and organic amplification.
  • Social Media knowledge: deep understanding of the key platforms’ dynamics and latest evolution, primarily TikTok and Instagram. Strong social community management skills to drive brand love & business.
  • Creative Briefing Expertise: Proven ability to craft detailed creative briefs and adapt global assets into locally relevant, high-impact content.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to optimize advocacy strategies, measure success, and drive results.
