CDD - Marketing Brand Manager - H/F

Mission:
Prepare and put in place the Marketing Plan of Rabanne and Nina Ricci under the responsibility of the Marketing Manager Benelux, for Belgium, Netherlands & Luxembourg.
Accomplish objectives fixed in terms of market share, net revenues, profitability and brand building.
Responsibilities / Main tasks:
• Execute the Marketing plan for the brands above mentioned for all clients (BENELUX), following the brand objectives and international/European guidelines
• Run brand analysis (monthly/ad hoc/brand review/business review) and control the reporting of the area for internal use for International Development and Brands
• Participate in the building of the strategy for Media & PR plan per brand
• Control and follow S.O results using Nielsen datas
• Present at clients’ meetings, sales meetings, PR events, and implement launch events (ad hoc) to motivate the sales force
• Plan & implement Consumer Activations (ad hoc) in collaboration with all other departments and in alignment with the brand’s objectives & vision
• Ensure the implementation of Cycle Meetings & Seminars with the sales force (2x on the 6months periods)
Team work
• Foster a good work atmosphere within all teams at local & international level
• Work & collaborate with all the marketing team to achieve the department’s objectives & foster innovation
• Collaborate with all departments and be a key motivator around the brands managed
Requirements
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the Luxury and Cosmetics Industry or Retail.
Education: 4- or 5-years university degree, Major in Marketing or Economics
Languages: Fluent in French and English. Dutch would be a plus
Skills :
• Knowledge of global marketing including Media, visual Merchandising, PR, Training
• Knowledge of the Belgian or Dutch market of Perfumes and Cosmetics would be a plus
• Strong analytic competences ( Nielsen knowledge is a strong plus)
• Sensitivity to luxury, perfumes and cosmetics industry
• Management, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proactiveness, Creativity & Curiosity, Autonomy, Entrepreneurial Spirit are a must
