We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Bicester Village. As Assistant Store Manager, you'll be supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales objectives, maintaining the highest operational and merchandising standard and building, coaching and developing our in-store team.

 

What you'll get to do


•    Meeting sales goals & demonstrate sales leadership to the team
•    Empower the Fragrance Consultants to provide the highest level of customer service
•   Assist the Store Manager in building the  client database and running  special events inclusive of collection previews, client events, etc.
•    Ensure correct staffing levels
•    Look after areas of risk management, including physical security, store cash controls, and inventory management
•    Deliver relevant team member training, i.e., POS systems
•    Conduct stock inventories as needed
•    Understand and execute cash control procedures including bank deposits, safe funds, petty cash
•    Ensure execution of effective merchandising strategies, making sure the selling floor is always picture perfect and on brand
•    Partner with operations, logistics & product teams to ensure the right assortment for the store, communicating inventory needs to support the business goals
•    Work with the Store Manager to deliver all training programs and initiatives to develop the Fragrance Consultants
•    Assist with evaluate the performance of each Fragrance Consultant and providing feedback
