The Opportunity
Mission: Define APAC portfolio strategy in line with the ambitious growth and transformation agenda for the region as well as drive regional brand building, developing, and implementing marketing, retail, and digital strategies in collaboration with APAC business units and global brand teams.

Location: Shanghai, China
Scope: High-complexity multi-brand, multi-category, omnichannel portfolio

Footprint: Greater China, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, Oceania, and Indian Subcontinent.
Main Responsibilities
Partner, Impact, and Influence Global Brands on APAC brand strategy.
- Define the consumer and category insights that need to influence global brands developments to succeed in APAC
- Ensure local business needs and feedback are part of the global brands agenda and find creative solutions to ensure winning collaborations and build culturally relevant brands in the region
Drive Marketing and Retail Strategy in the region.
- Support business units to define portfolio strategy and profitable growth plans
- Onboard and support new business unit setups, fostering Puig Culture, Ways of Working and Governance. Bridge and facilitate Brand & Market Collaboration for maximum impact and localized marketing & retail strategies.
- Drive business units in A&P optimization, brand P&L budgets and forecast process alignment and coordination (CPS).

We'd love to meet you if you have
- Experience: Over 15 years of relevant experience in luxury beauty industry in Asia with exposure to regional marketing, retail & digital in multi-brand portfolios. Experience in 3-Axis luxury beauty is a must; experience in luxury fashion is a plus.
- Languages: English. Additional APAC languages is a plus.
- Business acumen including strategic vision, brand building, P&L management, and team leadership.
- Self-starter with high energy and drive to achieve business results in high complexity set-ups
- Strong interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with local business units and global brands’ stakeholders.
- Cross functional leadership skills, with experience in building, managing and developing teams
