Treasury Analyst (Multibank)

The Opportunity

The Treasury Executive will report to Shared Service Treasury Manager.

The person that we are looking for must give support to the daily activities of the Operational treasury department. Giving the solutions for the necessities of the companies. Ensure the carry out of the financial politics.
We need an open-minder person, flexible and able to the team working. Good worker under pressure (closings, forecasting,)
 

What you'll get to do

Responsibilities and Duties:
1.- Contact with banks and support to the operational team:
    1.1.- KYC of all group companies.
    1.2.- Open and close bank accounts.
    1.3.- Guarantees request.
    1.4.- Income cheque.
2.- Department organization and support:
    2.1.- Physical signatures collection.
    2.2.- folders organization (CCAA, contracts, etc.).
    2.3.- common operation email management.
    2.4.- PoA file maintenance.
    2.5.- Courier department communication.
    2.6.- Archive.
3.- Operational tasks:
    3.1.- Operation tasks back up.
    3.2.- Banco de España/ Portugal report
    3.3.- FX confirmation.
    3.4.- Netting.
    3.5.- KPIs.
        3.5.1.- Manual payments vs Non-Standard payments.
        3.5.2.- Control payments in error.
4.- Credit Cards program

We'd love to meet you if you have

1.- Experience: At least 3 years in Treasury area giving admin support to the department
2.- Knowledge about payment methods: managing corporate cards programs, virtual cards, petty cash cards, fintech solutions…
3.- Education: Bachelor’s degree
4.- Languages: Spanish and English and French appreciated.
5.- Specific Knowledge required: SAP, Office (Excel and word mainly)
