The Opportunity

As a member of the Shared Services Treasury team, is responsible for coordinating the Treasury Back Office team, ensure accurate bank reconciliation and recording in accounting books, cash management and treasury support to the subsidiaries. 

Reports To: The Treasury Back Office Coordinator will report to the Shared Services Treasury Manager.
 

What you'll get to do

•    Coordinate a team by effectively assessing the performance, development and mentoring of staff.
•    Bank reconciliations on a daily basis to ensure accurate recording of bank entries.
•    Manage day-to-day transactional relationship with banks 
•    Ensure that payments are correctly processed 
•    Make sure that a proper treasury accounting is done 
•    Period End Closing: Control of transitory accounts, cash pool and netting accounts.
•    Monitor bank commissions and interests and address quality issues.
•    Manage endorsements, guarantees, parent guarantees … 
•    Credit cards management 
•    Manage relationships with financial service providers.
•    Support external and internal audit requirements related to the Treasury area 
•    Provide treasury support to subsidiaries and become one of the contacts in all day-to-day treasury related queries arising within the business. 
•    Ensure the compliance of the Financial Guidelines, Policies and procedures defined by Corporate Treasury 
•    Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements.
 

We'd love to meet you if you have

•    Experience: At least 3 years in Treasury area.
•    Knowledge about payment methods: managing corporate cards programs, virtual cards, petty cash cards, fintech solutions…
•    Education: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, management, economics.)
•    Languages: English and Spanish fluent. 
•    Specific Knowledge required: SAP, Office (Excel and word mainly), SWIFT
